THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING OUR HOTEL AS THE LOCATION FOR YOUR VISIT TO BUDAPEST!
WE INFORM OUR DEAR GUESTS THAT WHEN MAKING A BOOKING, THEY ALSO ACCEPT THE CONTENT OF OUR HOUSE RULES AND UNDERTAKE TO COMPLY WITH THE RULES CONTAINED THEREIN.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND RELAXATION AT THE HOTEL IS THE MOST IMPORTANT TO US, SO WE ASK YOU TO NOTE AND OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING:
GENERAL INFORMATION
CHECK-IN
Rooms can be occupied from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. Earlier occupancy of the room is possible by prior arrangement, subject to availability. We provide a luggage room.
It is mandatory to hand over an ID card, driving license or passport at the accommodation. Failure to do so will result in the accommodation service being cancelled by law. Even if it is a prepaid reservation – in such a case, a refund must be requested from the person to whom the payment was made. In the case of a non-refundable rate type, no refund will be granted in this case either.

CHECK-OUT
The rooms are available to our guests until 11:00 on the day of departure. Late departure is possible by prior arrangement and for a surcharge.
Please make sure that the water taps are not left open, the lights are turned off and the safe is open upon departure.
Please make sure that your valuables and personal belongings are not left in the room before leaving the room. Upon departure, please hand in the key card/room key at the reception.
The hotel may charge the Guest's bank card for any subsequently incurred and unpaid services or may invoice it subsequently. In the event of a non-payment, the hotel may also file a police report and pursue legal action against the Guest, the costs of which shall be borne by the Guest.
VISITORS
The hotel rooms can only be used at the reception. Please welcome your visitors in the lobby.
The Guest is responsible for the behavior of their visitors - including any damage caused.
The hotel excludes any liability for damage caused by the visitor to the Guest and/or third parties.
GUESTS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE
Guests under 18 years of age may use the Hotel's services only when accompanied by their parents or another person with legal capacity authorized by them.
Children under 14 years of age may only stay in the room under the constant supervision of their parents or another person with legal capacity authorized by them.
The child's companions are responsible for their physical well-being, behavior and any damage caused by them.
No person under 18 years of age may consume alcohol on the premises of the Hotel or at events. The parent or a person with legal capacity appointed by the parent of a person under 18 years of age is obliged to ensure compliance with and enforcement of this obligation. The parent or the person with legal capacity appointed by the parent is fully responsible for the moral and financial consequences of the breach of this obligation, and excludes his own liability.

PETS
A dog or cat can be brought into the hotel rooms for a surcharge of 20 EUR/night/pet. A maximum of 1 pet can be brought into each room.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel restaurant.
The use of a leash is mandatory when walking or driving in the hotel area.
The owner of the pet is financially liable for any damage caused by the pet.

HOTEL EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES, DAMAGE
The Guest is obliged to use the hotel's equipment and facilities for their intended purpose and to preserve the integrity of its property.
The Guest is obliged to compensate for any damage resulting from improper use upon the Hotel's request, but no later than before departure.
The Guest is obliged to report any malfunction of any of the Hotel's equipment, furnishings or fixtures to the Hotel. The Guest is not entitled to repair the defect himself or attempt to repair it. The Hotel excludes liability for any resulting damage.
It is prohibited to remove the Hotel's furnishings or fixtures from the Hotel's premises.
WIFI
A WiFi system is in operation in the Hotel, free of charge.
The Hotel does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted operation of the WiFi.
The Guest uses the service at his own risk and responsibility.

SECURITY
The Hotel is the operator of the closed-circuit camera of the Hotel's property and personal security system in the building and (in its external and internal surroundings) which continuously records and records 24 hours a day. The detailed data protection rules regarding the recordings recorded by the system are contained in the hotel's current data protection information.
The mains voltage in the hotel is 230 Volts, the use of electrical devices that are not compatible with this is strictly prohibited, and all liability for any resulting damage is excluded.

t is FORBIDDEN to operate coffee makers, kettles, irons and other electrical appliances that are not part of the usual travel necessities in the hotel room – excluding laptops, notebooks, tablets, cameras, video cameras, etc.! Please inform the reception of your ironing or laundry needs.

Our hotel is equipped with a fire alarm system that detects even the slightest smoke. Smoking and the use of open flames are strictly prohibited! In the event of a false fire alarm, any resulting claims for damages must be reimbursed to the person causing the damage.

In the event of a fire, the guest is obliged to follow the escape route posted in the room and the instructions of the hotel employee or firefighter on site. In the event of a fire, the use of elevators is FORBIDDEN!

Fire extinguishers are located in the hotel corridors and on each floor.

In the event of a fire or any sign of such, the Guest is obliged to notify the hotel reception immediately.

Our hotel rooms have built-in safes. The hotel expressly reminds its guests to place their valuables, cash, and securities in the safe in the room. The hotel is only responsible for the valuables placed here.

If the safe does not work or does not function properly, the guest is obliged to inform the hotel reception immediately. The guest is responsible for any damage resulting from the lack of information or delayed information.

MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT THAT MAY NOT BE BROUGHT INTO THE HOTEL AREA

Products classified as corrosive, flammable chemicals or materials in the applicable legislation
Materials classified as flammable and/or explosive in the applicable legislation
Food and beverages not purchased in the hotel's service units (including alcoholic beverages)?
Fireworks, firecrackers, their parts and components
Waste, substances harmful to the environment and health
Psychotropic and psychoactive substances.
The import of particularly expensive, valuable objects and museum objects must be reported in advance to the hotel reception, which will be placed in a safe or security bag provided by the hotel at the request and with the consent of the guest.

The import of weapons or objects that qualify as weapons must be reported in advance to the hotel reception.
If the Guest brings a material/device that cannot be brought into the hotel area without the hotel's prior written permission, the hotel may remove it or have it removed at the Guest's expense.

The hotel is not liable for any damage caused by materials/devices brought in without permission!

The Guest is fully legally and financially liable for all damage and injury caused by materials/devices brought in without permission to other Guests, third parties or the hotel.

SMOKING

Smoking and the use of any tobacco substitute products are prohibited throughout the hotel (including guest rooms). Smoking guests may smoke 5 meters from the hotel entrance or in the designated area of ​​our terraces.

“DO NOT DISTURB” WARNING SIGN

By hanging the “Do not disturb” warning sign on the outside door handle of the room, the Guest firmly indicates that the hotel staff are not to disturb, knock or enter the room.

If the hotel staff finds the “Do not disturb” warning sign on the door handle of the Guest’s room on the day of departure and the Guest does not respond to the hotel’s phone call, the hotel staff may enter the room at any time after 11:00 AM.

In an emergency (e.g. fire, terrorist attack, etc.) without prior phone call, or when the hotel reasonably assumes, based on the information available to it, that the guest’s life, health, physical integrity, or property safety is or may be in danger in the room, and the guest does not respond to the hotel’s phone call, the hotel’s staff is entitled to enter the room.

CLEANING

The hotel cleans the room once a day, between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

If the cleaning staff find a “Do not disturb” warning sign on the outside door handle of the room during this period, the room will not be cleaned, and therefore the guest cannot claim a fee reduction or compensation.

The hotel will partially or fully charge the guest for the cleaning or disinfection of a room that is heavily soiled (e.g. vomit,

feces, etc.) due to the guest’s behavior.

In accordance with the hotel's 3-star classification, bed linen is changed once a week and towels every 3 days. Any other request must be reported to the reception.

MINIBAR

The minibar may only contain products placed by the hotel. Consumption of products placed in the minibar is subject to a fee. The current price list can be found on the wardrobe.

Please report consumption from the in-room minibar during your stay to the reception upon check-out and pay for the consumption.

FOUND ITEMS

We ask our dear guests to hand in any found items at the reception. Found items handed over to the reception, as well as items found in the room after departure, will be kept by the hotel for 3 months from the date of receipt. Food, food-related items, and medicines will be destroyed by the hotel. The costs of storage and possible postage will be borne by the guest.

PARKING

Our hotel's outdoor parking lots equipped with cameras are available to our guests for a fee.

If the guest wishes to use the parking lot, they must provide the vehicle registration number at the reception upon check-in.

Parking spaces cannot be reserved, they are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

The hotel is not liable for damages to valuables left in vehicles.

FOOD AND DRINKS

Breakfast is available in the form of a buffet. Breakfast time: 7:00-10:00.
The hotel can also provide lactose-free, vegetarian and other dietary options. The guest must indicate their special dietary needs at the latest upon check-in.

Please consume meals in the restaurant! No food or drinks may be taken out of the hotel restaurant for later consumption.

It is prohibited to consume food or drinks purchased elsewhere in the restaurant.

ILLNESS

If the guest becomes ill during the period of using the accommodation service and is unable to act in his own best interests, the hotel offers medical assistance. The guest uses the offered medical assistance and ambulance call at his own expense, responsibility and risk.

In the event of a contagious disease of the guest, the hotel is obliged to provide medical assistance in accordance with Act No. 18/1998. (VI. 3.) NM Decree. In the event of a guest’s infectious disease, the hotel is entitled to terminate the hotel contract with immediate effect, without any obligation to refund, and to oblige the guest to leave the hotel immediately.
In the event of the guest’s death, the hotel is obliged to notify the registrar and the guest’s next of kin – if their name and address are known to the hotel.

ABNORMAL BEHAVIOR

In the interest of the guests’ peace and quiet, loud music, noise-making, noisy activities, sound effects, television, radio, etc. at a disturbing volume in the room are prohibited in the entire hotel area after 22:00 – except in the case of events or programs organized or permitted by the hotel.

Regardless of the time, any conduct or behavior that disturbs the peace, safety, sense of security, or privacy of others is prohibited in the hotel area. Behavior that constitutes or can be classified as harassment capable of intimidating others is prohibited.

The hotel excludes liability for any damage caused to other guests by the guest's conduct.

HOTEL LIABILITY

The hotel is liable for damages to items – with the exception of items excluded from entry – that the guest has placed in a designated or generally designated place in the hotel or in his room, or that he has handed over to an employee of the hotel whom he may have considered authorized to receive his items.

The hotel is liable for securities, cash and other valuables if the hotel has taken the item for safekeeping or has refused to take it for safekeeping. The hotel's liability for items placed in this way is unlimited.

If the safe does not work or does not function properly, the Guest is obliged to inform the hotel reception immediately. The hotel is not liable for damages resulting from failure to provide information or late information.

In the event of a malfunction of the room safe, the central safe at the reception can be used.

The Hotel is exempt from its obligation to compensate for damages if the damage was demonstrably caused by an unavoidable cause beyond the control of the Guests and employees, or if the damage was caused by the Guest himself.

ENERGY

We ask our dear guests to operate the lighting only in the necessary places and for the necessary time during their stay in the room. If they are not in the room, please turn off the lights.

Please close the water taps after use in all cases.

Avoid ventilation by keeping the windows and doors open for a long time during both the heating and cooling periods. Before leaving for any reason, please close the windows and balcony doors carefully and make sure that they are closed.

Air conditioners can only be operated with the windows and doors closed.

DATA PROTECTION

The hotel will only provide information about the guest’s current, past or future stay at the hotel to third parties – including the guest’s close relatives – with the guest’s prior written permission. This prohibition on providing information does not apply to official requests based on the law.

The guest acknowledges that the hotel is obliged by law to provide the requesting authority with the personal data requested by the guest in the request, if the legal conditions are met. The hotel may not object to the provision of data based on the law, official or court decision.

The policy is an inseparable part of the hotel contract.
